Join us and our 18.000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.Take lead machine team to support machine profitable growth in APAC.Be responsible for machine production and testing according to required quality standard and deadlines. make sure all machine activity in machine department are safe and compliance according to our company rule.Participate in global projects and technology exchange, ensure know-how transfer effectively from others region. At the same time, contribute to global machine R&D competence.Managing the team and provide technical service (before/after sales) including machine installation, maintenance and troubleshooting on customer site and provide technical solution to customers in whole APAC.Organize, coordinate and provide training to sales force and customersSpare parts management including the planning, procurement, importing support, keep right stock level to support our machine business.Local sourcing for spare parts with support from France according to our machine strategyTake lead for machine production site transfer from France to China, and support new machine development in new applications and market.Take lead for SAP assembling model and support for machine import and export process, internal and external auditQualifications:Bachelor degree or above in engineeringAt least 8-10 years of experience in machine industry with rich mechanical and electrical experience on customer site.Good communication skills with internal/external stakeholder.Team leader experienceCapable to act efficiently in a complex and international environmentPC skill, for ins. MS Software, Auto CAD ,PLC , mechanical and electrical skillsExcellent in English both written and spokenAble to travel frequentlyYOUR APPLICATION
