Job Description:
  • Develop and execute long-term PD strategies aligned with Pharmaron's business goals, focusing on emerging trends (e.g., continuous manufacturing, single-use systems) .
  • Manage a large team of CLD/USPD/DSPD/DPD/AD/NPP, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and resource optimization for projects from IND-enabling to commercial stages.
  • Partner with Quality and Manufacturing to streamline process integration and support stability studies.
  • Maintain PD's compliance with global standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Expand PD capabilities to support new modalities (e.g., ADCs, gene therapies) using Pharmaron's integrated CDMO platform.

  • PhD in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field, with 15+ years of biologics process development experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles managing upstream/downstream teams.
  • Proven track record in scaling processes from lab to commercial scale, with hands-on experience in bioreactor operations
  • Experience in global regulatory filings (IND, BLA) and technology transfer to GMP sites in US, EU, and China.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams.
  • Fluent oral and written Chinese and English communication skills.
