Sales Management and Execution
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve both topline and margin goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies by analyzing market trends and monitoring competitor activities.
- Set clear sales objectives, KPIs and performance metrics for the team.
- Streamline sales process to improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver value to customers by providing differentiated solutions to solve customers’ technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Technical Services, Supply Chain, etc.) to deliver the best solutions to customer challenges.
- Review and refresh channel strategies to optimize route-to-market to best serve customers in different regions.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the ion exchange resin or related industry.
- Familiarity with F&B, Chemical, Power, or Wastewater sectors is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and result-oriented mindset.
