As a senior member of the China leadership team, you will lead a diverse group of operations managers and frontline professionals across our national footprint. For a leader looking to drive long-term expansion and strategic execution, this role offers a clear path to high-level executive influence.about the job.Operational Ownership: Assume full accountability for end-to-end performance across our 4PL, warehousing, and freight forwarding operations in China.Financial Stewardship: Take direct P&L accountability, focusing on cost control, productivity, and margin improvement across the China footprint.Execution Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure reliable service delivery and the disciplined execution of standard operating procedures.Performance Governance: Define and monitor core operational KPIs relating to service quality, cost-efficiency, and productivity.Continuous Improvement: Partner with global teams to drive process standardization, simplification, and error reduction initiatives.Risk & Compliance: Establish quality assurance standards and ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.Strategic Collaboration: Act as the senior operational decision-maker and key stakeholder for client implementations and growth initiatives.skills and experience required.Professional Experience: 15-20+ years of experience in freight forwarding and supply chain operations, specifically with strong exposure to 4PL and ocean freight.Leadership Background: Proven track record in senior leadership roles within medium to large international logistics firms, managing large, complex operational teams.Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ownership of budgets and a data-driven approach to financial and operational decision-making.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the China logistics landscape and international shipping markets.Strategic Discipline: Strong execution discipline combined with the strategic judgment necessary to lead cross-functional stakeholders.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both English and Chinese. 显示更多
