- Lead end‑to‑end office administration for SAP main office and satellite locations in South China, covering facilities, office services, security, environment, and employee experience.
- Guide and align administrative practices across SAP plants and JVs in compliance with company policies.
- Manage office maintenance programs, service improvements, and administrative projects within approved budgets, including coordination of IT‑related services.
- Lead vendor management (e.g. cleaning, canteen, shuttle bus, office services) to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Oversee administrative asset management, including PCs, office equipment, and related resources for sales and office teams.
- Act as the primary administrative focal point for SAP, coordinating with HR, EHS, Finance, IT, and other functions under delegated authority from the Deputy General Manager
- Lead administrative support for domestic and international travel, including hotel arrangements, transportation, site visit coordination, and visitor support.
- Oversee T&E administration, including company credit card management and monthly Ctrip bill review.
- Manage car rental arrangements for sales teams to ensure cost control and policy compliance.
- Organize management meetings and employee engagement activities, including logistics and accommodation arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting organization, follow‑up actions, and expense review.
- Support effective coordination and communication between the General Manager and sub‑regions, functions, JV partners, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain smooth internal and external communication channels, including liaison with relevant government authorities, as required.
- Manage business licenses for all SAP entities, including renewals, updates, filings, and tracking.
- Lead companies chop usage management, including training, governance, and periodic internal audits to ensure policy compliance.
- Lead office safety management in coordination with the EHS team, including safety performance tracking and regular office safety reviews.
- Take the lead or participate in cross‑functional and regional projects as assigned, including LIN Ambassador initiatives and emergency HRO support when required.
- Manage SIP calculation for SAP LB & MB and Prism programs, including data collection, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Prepare SIP payout summaries and respond to SIP‑related inquiries; conduct SIP training for the sales team.
- Ensure all SIP results are subject to required validation and final approval by the relevant General Manager(s).
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in Administration or related functions.
- At least 5 years in supervisor role within a multinational company operating in China.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial or related disciplines.
