Deputy Store Manager

• Responsible for one product category, assist in leading sales team to reach sales target, KPI goals, stock and AFSS management.
• Take responsibility on individual sales target. The individual sales target will be decided according to the store situation and sales volume, and it should be controlled within 50% comparing to Client Advisor

• Capture and maximize every occasion to support the Sales Team to ensure each of them is able to provide a unique and memorable shopping experience to our client.
• Dealing with emergencies, such as client complaint, etc.

• Direct manage a 6 staff team, tale full responsibility of the team staff, including sales performance, sales related KPI performance, etc.
• Support Store Manager in conducting relevant training/coaching for all store staff (product training, role play and MOI training), give feedback in time to enhance staff's selling techniques.
• In absence of the Store Manager be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of the store as well as the respect of product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.

• Support Store Manager to supervise the operation tasks, such as VM, store maintenance.
• Ensure store is in high standard of clean and tidy condition and visual merchandising meets and presents brand image all the time.
• Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time.
