- Complete Western food ingredient processing, cooking and plating in accordance with standards to ensure product quality and taste.
- Operate Western kitchen equipment in a standardized manner and ensure fire, gas and electricity safety.
- Cooperate with meal service for all restaurant periods and banquets, work efficiently as a team to guarantee dining service.
- Strictly comply with food hygiene regulations and maintain sanitation management of the work area.
- Manage goods receiving and daily storage of ingredients, and cooperate with regular inventory checks.

- 规范操作西厨房设备,做好防火、用气用电安全
- 配合各餐厅时间段及宴会的出餐,高效协作,保障用餐服务

- 做好食材收货及管理,配合完成各项盘点
- Majored in culinary or related fields; prior kitchen work experience is preferred.
- Familiar with kitchen work standards and requirements, proficient in various kitchen operation skills and quality specifications
- Strong sense of responsibility with a diligent and earnest work attitude..
- Good health and excellent teamwork skills.
