- Develop and execute the brand's PR strategy to build awareness and strengthen brand image in target markets.
- Manage relationships with fashion & lifestyle media, editors, stylists and KOLs/KOCs.
- Draft press releases, media kits, brand stories and interview talking points.
- Coordinate media pitching, product loans, editorial placements and event coverage.
- Monitor media exposure and track PR performance and share of voice.
- Own the strategy and day-to-day operations of our digital channels
- Plan and execute content calendars, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Optimize content and channels to drive traffic, engagement and conversion.
- Work with designers/creatives to produce content aligned with our on-trend brand aesthetic and tone of voice.
- Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers, KOLs, KOCs and relevant communities.
- Design seeding, gifting and collaboration programs suitable for a niche brand with limited but smartly used budgets.
- Track results and continuously optimize selection, content formats and cooperation models.
- Translate brand DNA, collection concepts and product features into compelling stories and campaigns.
- Write and edit marketing copy for social posts, newsletters, website, PR materials and campaign assets.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Independently plan and manage 360° mini-campaigns (PR / digital / influencer) around launches, pop-ups, collaborations and key retail moments.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (founder, design, e-commerce, photographers, agencies, freelancers).
- Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
- Track and analyze key metrics (traffic, engagement, followers, conversion, media coverage, ROI).
- Generate insights on consumers, content performance and channels, and turn them into actionable ideas.
- Test new formats, platforms and growth tactics suitable for a niche, fast-growing brand.
- 7 years of marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle or similar consumer brands, ideally niche or emerging brands.
- Proven experience covering both PR and digital marketing.
- Experience in a small, lean team or start-up / boutique brand; comfortable with being hands-on and wearing multiple hats.
- Familiar with fashion/lifestyle media, KOL ecosystem and digital platforms relevant to our target market.
- Track record of managing social channels and content calendars end-to-end.
- 13-month salary package.
