- Meet the sales budget for assigned customer accounts
- 完成所负责客户的各项销售目标,包括订单和销售额。
- Maintain daily close relationships with key accounts and ensure customer needs are followed up and met
- 能够管理客户日常的需求和关系。
- Develop and execute account plan for key customers
- 制定和实施关键客户的客户计划,并定期汇报。
- Daily maintain SAP C4C data up to date.
- 完成SAP C4C日常数据的维护更新。
- Undertake direct sales calls and manage all customer enquiries, including preparation of quotations and establishment of pricing levels.
- 能够直接处理客户的直接需求和销售活动,包括报价,合同签订等。
- Prepares and coordinates budgets, forecasts, and monthly or weekly reports, in order to be in line with financial purposes & reviews.
- 能够制定销售的预算,预测,月度或每周报告,并提供满足财务各项要求的数据。
- Provide mechanical seal technical support and training to customers.
- 能够为客户提供日常的技术支持和培训。
- Identify new market opportunities; develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers/clients within region
- 能够发现和锁定所负责客户的新销售机会,并将机会转化为订单和销售。
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the relate industry, available products and competitor activities within region
- 能够在日常的销售活动中,积累相关的市场信息,竞争信息,产品信息,为区域销售策略的实施作为基础。
- Comply business ethical policy, all EHS requirement.

- A Master degree or bachelor degree with the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering backgrounds 本科及以上,工科专业
- Experience:经验
- At least 7-year relevant experience related to sales, service, and engineering.
- 至少7年相关行业和岗位的工作经验
- Excellent of leadership & management skills

- Strong collaboration and influencing skills

- Knowledge of flow chart development & streamlines, business development in sales & service 流程管理及销售管理的知识
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with related stakeholders

- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
