  • Social Media & Digital Communications
Manage company social media accounts, develop content calendars, and analyzeperformance data.Explore other emerging communication channels to enhance brand influence.
  • Content Creation & Management
Write or guide vendors in producing high-quality communication materials, including pressreleases, social media copy, scripts, etc.Optimize content strategy to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Media & Public Relations
Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and industry partners; monitor mediacoverage.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure communication aligns withbusiness objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization
Track communication performance (e.g., impressions, engagement rates, conversions) andprovide regular reports with optimization recommendations.
  • Other Duties
Vendor management, internal system/platform management, and marketing budgetcalculation & management.Keys to Success
  • Demonstrated experience in automobile industry to develop and drive marketing initiatives.
  • Good communication skills, self-driven spirit and project management skills;
  • Demonstrated understanding of automobile aftermarket.
  • Demonstrated marketing acumen.

  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
Requirements and Preferred SkillsEducationBachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.Work Experience5+ years of experience in brand communications or digital marketing.SkillsFamiliarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.Basic design skills (e.g., layout, video editing) are a plus.Personal AttributesCreative, trend-sensitive, and able to respond quickly to emerging communication trends.Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and a strong team player.Self-motivated and proactive.Willing to travel (approximately 10% of work time).WHY GATES?Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
