In your new role you will:
- Focus on Magnetic Sensor application engineering in market.
- Strengthen our system know-how on magnetic sensing based on your profound experiences.
- Provide technical support and solutions to influence customers successfully.
- Co-work with regional Marketing &Sales team and HQ team for driving magnetic sensor business and achieving revenue target.
- Monitor the pain points on customer side, new magnetic techniques and trends on market side for contributing our magnetic sensor product roadmap.
- Generate valuable technical documents in the field of magnetic sensor applications.
- Train distributor FAEs to build their individual design-in capabilities.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering or related.
- 2+ years of work experience in the field of magnetic sensor applications, experienced in automotive applications is an add-on.
- Well understanding of the state-of-the-art magnetic sensing technologies, such as Hall, AMR, GMR, TMR, inductive sensing, etc.
- Well understanding of the state-of-the-art magnetic sensor products and related applications in market, such as current sensor, angle sensor, linear sensor, 3D sensor, magnetic switch, inductive sensor, etc.
- Experienced in magnetic simulator (e.g., Ansys Maxwell) and PCB design is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Good communication abilities, self-motivating, cross teams oriented, multitasking and working individually.
