- As International TAs partner, overseeing the coordination of annual planning processes (RBU2, MTP) for the International TA team. This includes the preparation of business calendars, patient model forecasting, market potential assessments, and conducting variance analyses compared to previous forecasts. Additionally, responsible for performing data analysis and preparing presentations for reviews with senior leaders.
- Enhance business performance by delivering monthly business reports and analyses to the TA commercial team and senior leaders. This includes facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Finance TA reviews, and ad-hoc business reviews. Work closely with the International BISO team to ensure seamless collaboration. Provide support to TA teams in driving International strategic priorities.
- Act as PMO to manage Corporate-level initiatives, overseeing Internal/External-facing programs as assigned, Including regional across functional, across TA key initiatives and projects.
- Foster collaboration between China and International markets by facilitating bilateral engagements, establishing scientific connections at the TA level, and providing support for key international external events such as International Forums and Innovation Conferences.
- As a bridge, work closely with both China team and International markets teams to promote and facilitate multiple collaboration initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in multinational corporations, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management or PMO roles, ideally within an international setting.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, including the development of forecast models, potential assessments, and comprehensive business analysis.
- High ethical standards coupled with self-motivation, diligence, excellent teamwork capabilities, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
