The role will oversee the production capacity, support the on-time delivery with the consideration of production changeover efficiency. At the ramp up phase, he/she will support the introduction and test of ERP.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To make the production plan by collaborate with Sales and Marketing team.
Properly arrange the production schedule by the balance between capacity and sales request.
To reduce the changeover waste by proper order arrangement.
Closely track the production order implement, quick response to delays in production.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2+ years of experience as demand planner.
Familiar with ERP, skill with YONGYOU is a plus.
Knowledge of injection molding, punch, powder coating, sewing and assembly.
Experience with toy industry is a plus.
EDUCATION & SKILLS (COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Education above junior college.
Be fluent in both oral and written Mandarin
Compute skills is a must：Word Excel PPT
Must have good skill with Excel
English skill is a plus
