Then read on.About the RoleSupports the formulation and execution of real estate investment strategy (aligned with SAA/TAA), leads end-to-end deal underwriting and transaction execution, ensures regulatory and internal governance compliance, and manages post-investment activities — all in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive sustainable portfolio growth.Roles and Responsibilities:Participate in the underwriting, closing and reporting of direct and indirect real estate investment opportunities under supervisonReview and maintain up-to-date real estate investment procedure and internal rules & regulations based on regulatory and AIA IGF requirements.Participate in real estate investment process including initiation study, due diligence, investment execution and proceed internal approval.Assist to conduct post-investment-management works including filing, reporting, asset management and etc.Undertake macro economic study, sector research, and real estsate market analysis.Maintain close contacts with major real estate research institutions, service providers, and other relevant institutions.Adhoc duties assigned by supervisor and Head of Real Estate Investment.Minimum Job Requirements:Education – graduate from well-known universities in China or oversea, major in finance, economics, accounting or Real Estate investment is preferred.Experience – at least 3 years in Real Estate related investment/finance/accounting field.Professional Qualification – CFA preferred.Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg, Wind, and other professional data tools.Language: fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.Good communication and interpersonal skill.Strong analytical and decision making skill.Accountable, efficient, focused, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.Great team player.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
