Reporting to the Regional Finance Controller, to support an ongoing business transformation programme at the heart of which is a global SAP HANA implementation in Asia over next 18-24 months as a primary focus. After that, it will be an overall finance management role.

Coordinate deployment activities to roll-out the S/4HANA based template in Asia
Alignment with regional stakeholders in order to ensure harmonization and standardization of OTC/PTP/RTR processes
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize existing processes
Planning, conduction, and documentation of different test cycles in cooperation with the IT department and the Legato technical teams
Continuous improvement and providing support on both organizational and technical level together with IT
Collaboration within an international project team to make sure a successful implementation

Good business performance in relative industry|Manage project in APAC region

Bachelor's degree in accounting / financial management, business administration or computer science
Familiar with accounting principles and regulatory requirements, tax policies in Asia countries and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Good at proposing and improving internal control policy and procedures
Well organized, detail-oriented, and responsible with solid analytical skills
Very good SAP expertise; ideally expertise with SAP S4HANA
SAP HANA implementation experience is a plus
Team player, conceptually and analytically thinking, solution-oriented and confident in appearance
Enjoys collaborating in cross-cultural and multinational teams
A curious mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Fluent in English
