- To work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standard of quality in production and presentation.
- To prepare and present on a timely basis all foods for breakfast/lunch/dinner service to established standard.
- To work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standard of quality in production and presentation.
- Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.
- Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
- Requires basic computer skills for online training.
- Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively.
- Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft.
