In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities
Member of HK central tech team's application support team, to manage tech debt and provide application support.
Critical to the ongoing support of DBS HK on Open API, credit card and unsecured loan related areas.
Weekly cadence for related application status
Coordinate release management and identify dependencies for upcoming and downstream.
Work closely with regional team to resolve issues
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Solid years’ IT working experience, with min 3 years’ solid exposure in banking & finance and familar with the big data technology and platform
Understanding of SDLC and process and strong banking domain knowledge
Certifications (Preferred): SAS Certified Advanced Programmer, AWS Cloud Partitioner
Problem-solving aptitude and able to work independent on the tasks assigned
Excellent communication , presentation skills and stakeholder management
