- As Hub BU Marketing Manager for the Product Line Standard, you will be responsible for successfully growing the business of Standard Line in China, ensuring a great support to PT/SCN sales team and help the organization to address a growing market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive store traffic and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotions, displays, and campaigns
- Conduct market research to understand user behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Plan and implement product launches, ensuring effective communication and promotion, create and ensure the product sales planning and forecast.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure product profitability and enhance the overall user experience
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 yrs experience in marketing, ideally in Power Tools/hardware industry with high affinity to Offline Marketing.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of Offline Marketing best-practices and sales mechanics
- Eager to learn about products and take ownership.
- Knowledge and experience with the power tools industry is a plus
