  • Build deep, trusted partner relationships with assigned authorized retail accounts, thoroughly understanding their business objectives, challenges, and operations.
  • Lead the development, execution, and review of Joint Business Plans, aligning LEGO’s brand strategy with the partner’s commercial goals to identify growth priorities and key initiatives.
  • Act as the internal advocate for your partners, coordinating cross-functional resources (Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations) to provide end-to-end solutions for their business.
  • Supervise and manage the performance of customers, and ensure alignment with the customers goals
  • Clearly define the customer’s value proposition and jointly bring value to drive business growth
Retail Excellence Enablement & Quality Enhancement
  • Drive and enable partners to meet and exceed LEGO Global Retail Standards, with a focus on in-store experience, customer service, visual merchandising, and team capabilities.
  • Find opportunities and risks in partner operations and profitability through data analysis, store visits, and retail audits, providing expert consultation and actionable improvement plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Trade Marketing to ensure high-quality execution of national and local marketing campaigns in partner stores and evaluate their effectiveness.
Business Analysis & data-driven Growth
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to generate valuable business insights.
  • Develop and pilot new commercial opportunities with partners based on insights, e.g., optimizing product assortment, improving shopper conversion, and innovating in-store activities.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and inventory health to ensure product availability aligns with market demand.
  • work independently with prefund professional knowledge, Task allocation is often without detailed instructions or only with brief descriptions.
  • Usually, the person in charge is one or more large-scale customers, or responsible for exploring new sales channels.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelor’s degree or above would be preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management. Experience in FMCG, Retail, Cosmetics, Lifestyle big brands would be preferred
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven track record in developing and executing Joint Business Plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in using data to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and internal teams at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with outstanding problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • Good skills in both English and Mandarin
