Committed to high-tech innovation, we are actively reshaping the future, one Byte at a Time.As a Senior Product Experience Designer, you will own the end‑to‑end UX of our core mobile app. You’ll blend user research, data insights, and cross‑functional collaboration to craft intuitive, engaging experiences and drive continuous product improvements.Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX design for interaction flows, visual interfaces, motion, and operational scenarios in our core mobile app.
  • Drive product optimization through user research and data‑driven insights.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, refining team workflows and best practices.
  • Establish feedback loops and proactively iterate designs based on user insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a design‑related field.
  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a proven track record of shipping consumer mobile products; fintech or global product experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in end‑to‑end UX processes, including research, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Deep understanding of mobile design guidelines; expert-level skills in Figma and Sketch; experience with motion tools like After Effects or Principle.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, able to articulate design rationale and drive alignment.
  • Empathetic to user needs, data‑savvy, and capable of leveraging insights to improve designs.
