- Daily Maintenance Management
- Be in charge of the daily management and maintenance of the instruments, automatic control systems, and electrical power systems of the whole plant, and ensure the smooth and safe operation of these systems. Quickly respond to problems and restore normal operation in time.
- Training & Coaching
- Be in charge of the instrument and electrical operation procedures and best practices, and provide training to I&E technicians.
- Project Participation
- Lead the daily analysis of instrument and control system breakdowns and take corrective and preventive actions to reduce downtime as much as possible.
- Responsible for maintaining the mechanical integrity of the control system and the electrical system.
- PPM Management
- Manage the preventive and predictive maintenance (PPM) system and ensure that all electrical, instrument, and control systems are functioning properly. And also ensure that all instruments are properly calibrated and documented in accordance with regulations and corporate requirements.
- Standard Setting
- Define and develop electrical safety concepts and ensure compliance with related company standards and policies.
- Education Background
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automation/electrical engineering.
- Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an electrical engineer in large manufacturing plants.
- Skills and knowledge
- Familiar with PLC and frequency inverter technology, and preferably with experience in Siemens products.
- Familiar with national electrical standards.
- Possess strong self-learning abilities.
- Familiar with industry automation theory and the electric power system.
- Familiar with the maintenance system, such as PPM.
- Knowledge of electric safety and project management.
