- Troubleshoot and debug test systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and testing processes
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in test system development
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in test system development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and practices
- Experience with hardware interfacing and communication protocols
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
- Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Hands-on experience with automated test equipment and instrumentation
- Solid understanding of electronics and circuit design principles
- Knowledge of signal processing and measurement techniques
- Familiarity with industry standards and testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work in Wuhu, China
