2. Apply appropriate reliability tools to drive improvements, optimize costs, and improve asset efficiency and utilization. (FMEA, Bad Actors etc.)

3. Ensure appropriate reliability KPIs, metrics and processes are established, obtained, and reported in a timely manner.

4. Do FMEA for equipment's. Establish SOP and PM plan for technical subjects and facilities. Planning preventive and predictive maintenance work due to procedure. Tracking the implement performance. Tracking the implement performance for work order except emergency type. Collect records of PM and PdM and analyses them.

5. Develop and maintain a Critical Equipment list. Apply long term cost of ownership and reliability engineering principles to design reliability into purchasing requirements and optimize spare part levels.

6. Collect maintenance items during plant shutdown and overhaul. Organize resources for them. Do assessment for them according to PPG requirement. Making plant shutdown maintenance and overhaul plan. Track plan’s implementation and make records for them. Do AAR (After Action Review) on safety, quality, people behaviors and cost for continuous improvement.

Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or above, and suitable chemical machinery or mechanical-electrical integration relevant education and training background.

2. Minimum of 6 years’ work experience of chemical equipment mechanics. Maintenance supervisor’s experience is preferred.
