- Definition, statistical analysis and optimization of cleaning & cleanliness process and high pressure deburring process.
- Process data sheet preparation and maintenance.
- Carrying out of release procedures for manufacturing processes.
- MOE and IPN cooperation within improvement activities.
- Process parameters definition and trial out for related manufacturing process.
- Preparation and maintenance of process data sheets for manufacturing process.
- Technical specification definition, acceptance and ramp up support of new/ retrofit MAE.
- Release manufacturing process according to product requirement.
- Development and implementation of improvement activities for cycle time, cost reduction and quality improvement of together with MOE.
- Leading the problem solving for responsible process/stations.
- Improvement and maintenance of knowledge database for manufacturing process. Transfer knowledge to technician and internal customer/colleagues.
- Knowledge exchange and improvement with leadplants.
- Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Material Science or related majors
- Very good English skills (B2 or better) in oral communication as well as reading/writing
- German language skills helpful, but not mandatory
