- Develop the planning and operational management strategy for the division and create corresponding implementation plans based on the division's needs.
- Design and optimize the operational processes, management processes, and related workflows of the division, and drive their implementation accordingly.
- Serve as the internal interface for the project delivery team, coordinate internal team resources such as presales engineering and supply chain, and achieve production and sales synergy.
- Manage and analyze domestic and international factory supply and inventory based on business plans and sales and operations planning (S&OP) goals, match supply plans with production capacity, and respond quickly to order delivery.
- Monitor project progress, shipment, and account receivables in various regions.
- Collaborate with business plans, supply chain, and technology to plan mid- to long-term supply capabilities, identify supply risks, and facilitate capacity building.
- Work with the supply chain to identify price trends and cost reduction needs, consider strategic stocking, coordinate material switching, propose material requirements based on production plans, monitor delivery status, and meet production needs.
- Determine domestic and international logistics requirements based on business plans and S&OP goals, drive the logistics procurement to develop reasonable logistics supply solutions, and ensure order and raw material delivery.
- Responsible for standard production capacity calculations both domestically and internationally, push for cost reduction in the workshop, conduct standard working hour calculations, and participate in the evaluation of major workshop transformations.
- Develop departmental strategic development and business plans, coordinate the work of various departments, establish departmental organization, cultivate and manage teams, and build and develop excellent operation teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 10 years of management experience in large-scale production enterprises and enterprise planning management experience, and possess the concept and methods for optimizing company operations.
- Have successful experience in achieving team goals and organizational innovation, possess experience in evaluating and analyzing corporate economic indicators and financial conditions, and able to propose targeted improvement plans.
- Manufacturing and new energy industry experience is preferred; experience in operation in non-standard project-oriented business is preferred.
- Fluent in English and able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
