• Lead the end-to-end design and development of next-generation controllers, actuators, and valves
• Define detailed product requirements and evaluate both technical innovation and commercial feasibility
• Utilize advanced computer modeling and simulation tools to optimize design solutions
• Develop breakthrough technical solutions to enhance product performance and cost competitiveness

• Rigorously control development milestones and deliverables to ensure projects progress according to plan
• Participate in technical reviews and design decision meetings
• Establish and oversee technical standards and design specifications
• Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the technology development process

• Work closely with suppliers to optimize component design and sourcing strategies
• Lead design-for-manufacturability (DFM) analyses to reduce production costs
• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers

• Ensure products comply with international technical standards and industry regulations
• Manage the transition of compliance requirements from R&D through mass production

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
• Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical product design and development
• Background in product development within the commercial HVAC industry

• Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Pro-E/Creo and SolidWorks
• Skilled in CAD/CAM/CAE simulation and analysis tools
• Strong expertise in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance analysis
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

• Injection-molded plastic part design and analysis
• Powder metallurgy processes
• Aluminum die casting and stamping processes
• Integration of electronic and mechanical systems
• Thermo-fluid dynamics analysis
