2. 负责实验室所有设备的正常运行及良性管理。
To ensure all the lab facilities and equipment are in good and normal operation and well-organized management.
3. 在德国实验室的支持下制定相关的产品及原/辅助材料检验规程。
To formulate the analysis procedure of related products and raw materials under the support ｆｒｏｍ German Laboratory.
4. 负责公司所采购的原/辅材料及过程样品检验结果的符合性确认。
Be responsible for verifying the compliance of testing all purchased raw materials, auxiliary materials and process samples.
5. 对于不合格品，负责协调相关部门拟定改进方案并记录。
For unqualified products, coordinating related departments to draft developing methods and keep recording.
6. 协助生产部门分析相关的产品质量原因，编制相应的整改措施，并跟踪实施。
Assisting production department to analyze the products quality, draft corrective methods and keep tracking on implementation.
7. 负责对实验室相关人员进行培训、工作安排，考核管理等。
Be responsible for training analyzer, task arrangement, and assessment management.
8. 负责部门成本年度预算及使用费用的管控.
To provide the annual budget for quality analysis and control the cost charge.
9. 作为首席质量官负责协调公司内部和外部质量部相关的事项，并负责培训相关人员.
As Chief Quality Officer responsible for solving the quality issues internal and external cooperating organization, and responsible for training related personnel.
10. 组织公司相关体系审核, 监督体系运行状况.
To organize company related QA audit, supervise QA operation status.
11. 完成领导安排的其他相关工作。

教育程度 Education
全日制本科及以上学历 Bachelor and above专业科目 Major
化学分析、合成或其他化工类专业 Chemical analysis, synthesis, or chemical major工作经验 Working Experience
至少3年以上的实验室相关分析工作经验，2年以上质量/实验室管理经验
3-year above analysis work, 2-year above QC/Lab management工作知识 Related knowledge
熟练使用GC、ICP等仪器，能完成分析结果和分析报告；熟悉测量设备的校准及实验室管理系统。
Familiar with GC, ICP; able to report analysis results; familiar with measuring equipment calibration and lab management system.工作技能 Related Skill
扎实的分析和化工理论基础；熟悉SPC,MSA,了解APQP。有体系审核经验更佳.
Strong knowledge on chemical analysis and chemical engineering; familiar with SPC, MSA, APQP. QA experience is a plus.外语要求Language
英语读写流利，口语流利。
