Responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and/or inventory for the assigned products in order to have the right products at the right time at the right place, while keeping cost and working capital low.Depending on the supply chain organizational set-up, below (subset of) accountabilities can be assigned :
1.Sales & Operations :
a.
Run S&OP (demand & supply consensus) plan with business and strive for continuous improvement
b.
Incorporate in- & external data, eg. sell-out data, to come to final plan
c.
Balance between S&OP material forecast and Financial forecast
2.Inventory mgmt. :
a.
Maintain & optimize inventory related master data
b.
Determine inventory levels based on sales requirements and supply possibilities
c.
Minimize the business risks by finding best balance between service level, cost and working capital
d.
Active follow-up of inventory provisions and write-offs, taking into account product lifecycle changes
3.Order fulfilment :
a.
Act as business partner for the region (salesdesk, project mgr, sales) by supportingstakeholders to o.a. fulfil customer orders in time, take actions to solve shortages, coordinate order escalations
4.Supply chain projects (NPI, projects & reporting) :
a.
NPI delegate : (New Product Introduction)
i.Be the supply chain delegate in the NPI process
ii.Decide on the supply strategy for the new product
b.
Analyse, design & implement business optimization projects
c.
Run business reporting
d.
Support Quality mgt. in auditing international supply chain processes
e.
Develop product cost reporting and Supply Chain for Software/Licence ProductsEducation

Depending level: Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
Competences

Knowledge:
In depth knowledge of ERP system (ideally with SAP MM, APO, BI)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP BI

Skills:
Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
Negotiation, mediation and communication skills
Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Understanding of global demand and supply relationships
Solid understanding of Market or BU demand & supply characteristics
Fluent in English, both orally and in written
