- Develop annual marketing plans and budget allocation aligned with the global brand vision and tailored to the Chinese market.
- Develop overall local brand communication strategy and execution
- Lead the local IMC project covering both on and offline
- Bar & Restaurant Channels: Plan and execute brand promotion activities for high-end cocktail bars. Collaborate with renowned mixologists to develop classic and innovative cocktail menus centered around Maker's Mark, enhancing the brand's penetration in cocktail culture.
- Lead the overall planning and execution of future master competition, with strongly understanding and engagement on bar advocacy program
- Manage official social media accounts (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), outputting high-quality visual content and brand stories to create an immersive online experience of the "Star Hill Farm."
- Operate KOL/KOC community, utilizing private domain traffic to precisely reach Bourbon enthusiasts and high-net-worth individuals.
- Lead the planning and execution of major brand events, such as Christmas market and whisky L.
- Promote the "Private Barrel Program" in China, maintaining relationships with core VIP clients and providing customized brand experience services.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and brand story training to frontline staff, enhancing their professional recommendation capabilities.
- Manage external advertising agencies and vendors to ensure creative output meets brand tone and is delivered on time.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of marketing experience in well-known spirits brands (especially Whisky or premium spirits), with at least 2 years of team or project management experience.
- Proven track record of successful brand revitalization or large-scale marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of whisky (especially whisky cocktail ) production processes, flavor profiles, and global market trends.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills (frequent liaison with US HQ or APAC teams required).
- Digital Literacy: Proficient in MS Office with strong data analysis skills to guide marketing decisions through data insights.
- Passion: Enthusiastic about spirits culture; a loyal follower or connoisseur of the Maker's Mark brand.
- Innovation: Possesses a keen sense of fashion and dares to try new marketing approaches while respecting traditional craftsmanship.
