To ensure company Quality Management System, global standards and ISO9001 implementation in site, compliance with China local regulatory, and quality competency building.The work scope include but not limited to company Quality Management System and ISO9001 system implementation and local regulatory compliance, food safety risk assessment, quality capability building, and drive for continuous improvement.*Maintain, improve, and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), including compliance with corporate Q&FS (Quality & Food Safety) standards and QMP (Quality Management Process) requirements.
*Drive timely and effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for system deviations and proactively identify areas for system improvement.
*Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct quality and food safety risk assessments for ingredients, packaging materials, semi-finished and finished products, ensuring full compliance with China's food regulations and standards.
*Coordinate and execute verification activities, including QMP compliance audits, fresh-eye audits, and internal quality inspection programs to validate the health and robustness of the QMS.
*Lead the quality capability development agenda: design and implement training programs, build a quality expert network, and enhance quality competencies across the site.
*Foster a strong quality culture and continuously enhance site-wide quality awareness through communication, coaching, and engagement initiatives.Global well-known B2C food brand.Excellent company culture.*Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
*Minimum 8 years of QA experience in a sizable multinational food manufacturing environment.
*Solid understanding and working experience with QMS frameworks such as ISO 9001, GMP, and hygienic design principles.
*Strong knowledge of food safety regulatory requirements and food processing technologies.
*Fluent in both spoken and written English.
