- Being strategic and operative heading of the quality management in purchasing Asia Pacific, as well as target heading of all PUQ-units at DC Asia Pacific
- Development/specification/implementation of the Q-methodology and Q-processes within purchasing at DC and towards suppliers
- Supplier qualification and clearance of new suppliers by Q (veto power)
- Organization of the strategies and actions, necessary to reach the targets, incl. a consistent policy deployment process
- Standards for PUQ to be planned/realized and coordination of a corresponding CIP
- Guarantee of a permanent and standardized information exchange related to essential activities in the PUQ and corresponding standard reports
- Official representation of the PUQ organization of Bosch Rexroth (internal and external)
- Highest escalation stage towards all stakeholders within the PUQ organization
- Regulative function DC for the compliance with legal, organizational and operational regulations within PUQ
- Management development within PUQ in line with competence management
- Other relevant jobs assigned
- Master's degree or comparable in technical studies (e.g. machine building, electronics, …) or Business Administration
- 10+ years working experience in manufacturing industry
- 5+ years strong experience as Quality HOD
- Strong quality working background in Hydraulic industry or similar industry, experience in various quality or purchasing functions is preferable
- International leadership or working experience, right cultural understanding, especially in Asia Pacific
- Knowledge of Q-Methods, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and ISO 9001
- Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent)
- Strong character and execution, excellent English in written and oral, Japanese or German as plus
