Responsibilities:Conduct thorough factory audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of suppliers' manufacturing operations.Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, identifying potential risks within the manufacturing processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives among suppliers by monitoring their corrective actions and implementing best practices.Develop a deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics, including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.Perform regular site visits to factories in mainland China to ensure adherence to audit criteria and facilitate necessary improvements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering and Engineering Management, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.Professional certification is preferred (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE).A minimum of 5 years of audit experience, with at least 3 years specifically in factory environments related to electronic product manufacturing.Proven experience in conducting comprehensive audits of manufacturing processes.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning and quality assurance in electronic components and plastic materials.Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000 standards, as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to factory audits.Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with suppliers to drive quality improvements.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and lead audit engagements from initiation to completion.Willingness and ability to travel to mainland China (up to 70-90% of the time).Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; strong written communication skills in English are essential.We offer an attractive remuneration package including 5-day work, flexible work hours and other benefits to the right candidates.Interested parties please forward full resume with expected salary and quote job reference number toVTech Group of Companies,The Human Resources and Administration Department,23/F, Tai Ping Industrial Centre,Block 1,57 Ting Kok Road, Tai Po, Hong KongOR apply on-line directly through our corporate website atFor more information about us, please visit our website atAll applications will be used for the purpose of recruitment only.
