- Prepare monthly financial reports (US GAAP, PRC GAAP, management), conduct analysis, support audits (internal/external) and budget/forecast processes;
- Verify freight docs, review port/depot/agent charges, collect ocean/local freight, handle local tax filings/government reports, and other management tasks.
- Responsible for preparing monthly financial reports (including US GAAP, PRC GAAP, and management reports) and conducting financial statement analysis.
- Supporting internal and external audits, as well as facilitating budget and forecasting processes.
- Verifying the accuracy of freight documents, reviewing and double-checking port charges, depot charges, and agent charges, and collecting ocean freight and local charges.
- Performing local tax filing and submitting government reports.
- Completing other tasks assigned by the management team.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, or financial management, etc.
- More than 10 years working experience in accounting/financial analysis/ controlling areas.
- Ocean shipping/logistics industry working experience is a must.
- Can-do attitude, team spirit and quick learner, be good at communication and coordination.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
