
Research Scientist on Fuel Cell and H2 System /燃料电池及氢系统研发科学家_CR

- Conduct research and pre-development of innovative fuel cell and hydrogen systems as well as key BoPs for mobility and beyond, in close collaboration with the research teams in Germany and US
- Focus is on optimizing fuel cell and hydrogen system with innovative BoPs, system topology and control strategy
- Work closely with business units in China to supply cutting edge technology solutions and to transform them to products
- Scouting, identifying, benchmarking and tracking of new trends and emerging technologies in China, derive impacts on company research strategy and identify key partners.
- Establish relationship with university professors, industrial companies and experts.
- Pursue technology excellence by contributing brilliant ideas to new product concepts including patent filing
- Prove innovation concept by pre-development including design, simulation, prototyping, test and validation
- Design and implement system solutions from requirements to production and commercial deployment
- Support project activities to transfer deliverables to business units successfully
- PhD degree or excellent Master in discipline of automotive engineering, thermodynamics, electrical engineering, fuel cell or computational optimization; knowledge on fuel cell and hydrogen system is appreciated
- Practical experiences in system simulation, system optimization and control strategy development is preferred
- Good knowledge on fuel cell and electrolysis stack and auxiliaries (BoP such as filter, compressor, humidifier, recirculation pump, radiator, coolant pump, as well as hydrogen storage) is preferred
- Broad knowledge on H2 industry from production to utilization is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written)
- Efficient, result-oriented, structured working style, experienced in project work
