- Supply Chain Oversight: Manage and monitor supply chain processes while coordinating CSR initiatives and maintaining robust data management systems.
- Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with the Quality and Social Compliance teams to drive continuous improvements in CSR practices for clients, licensors, and brands, in partnership with suppliers.
- Audit Coordination: Organize and conduct social compliance and environmental audits, ensuring Corrective Action Plans (CAP) are reviewed with suppliers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure factories stay compliant with Oekotex, GOTS/GRS, Disney audits, and required reporting standards.
- Training and Engagement: Participate in CSR training sessions and industry summits to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends.
- Supplier Support: Assist in developing, revising, and updating supplier participation plans while supporting suppliers in obtaining necessary audits and certifications.
- Regulatory Expertise: Stay well-informed about domestic and international laws, regulations, and standards related to CSR, environmental sustainability, and supply chain management.
- Data Management & Analysis: Perform data analysis and follow up on water, energy, and chemical usage, driving improvements through actionable insights.
- Global Team Collaboration: Actively contribute as a member of the global QAD (Quality Assurance and Development) and CSR team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain operations, CSR, quality assurance, or social compliance.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as Oekotex, GOTS/GRS, and Disney protocols.
- Familiarity with relevant domestic and international laws and their application to supplier compliance.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple audits, reports, and improvement plans efficiently.
- Ability to perform detailed data analysis and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience in stakeholder and supplier collaboration is a plus.
