Quality Key Account: customer communication for all quality related topics, improvement of customer satisfaction, coordination of customer audits and visits
autonomous creation of quality reports and improvement programs for customers and internal review
Autonomous and competent handling of customer escalations
Drive the problem solving with customer and internal partners within BOSCH.
Job specific:
focus on SO semiconductor customers on the Chinese market
close cooperation with Chinese and German quality team
technical quality interface between Reutlingen and Chinese customers
职位要求
Personality: high customer and goal orientation, strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, self-motivated, always striving to improve the actual state, team player, open-minded, ability to understand the German culture
Working practice: several years of experience in quality management or semiconductor manufacturing or development
Experience & Knowledge: experience in quality, claim management, customer communication, deep semiconductor knowledge
Languages: fluent in English (verbal and written), fluent in Chinese (verbal)
Education: University degree in electrical engineering, physics or similar technical subjects
