Key role in design and development phase
Active role in the Acquisition Phase : design to cost and design to manufacture
Robust design to customer SOR
Define Internal DVP and validate the result
Support AT for technical meeting with customer
Participate problem solving during development phase
Secure On-Time Delivery for all Design Activities
Secure Design Quality
Conducts Regular Design Reviews with Application Team
TR review with customer
DFMEA create with team for new design

Qualifications:

CATIA/UG , FEA is an advantage
Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g. mechanical engineer)
Chinese & Fluent English
Have Motor or mechanical product background
