- Define Automotive Sales Regional Strategy
- Own Sales & Design-win targets of the region for Automotive segment
- Align on transfer of business between regions with other Regional Leaders
- Drive global sales for strategic accounts in region
- Manage, steer and maintain cost envelope for the region of Auto Segment
- Rigorously drive Culture of Performance throughout organization
- Staffing, Performance Management, Talent management, timely incentive roll-out and hire/fire decisions (in close cooperation with the SVP Sales & Marketing and HR Sales & Marketing)
- Drive a commercial and technical workforce and as such enable the team to develop as trusted adviser to the customers in the region
- Provide input on product roadmaps, customer lists, account value propositions and GTM resources and structure
- Deploy pricing and target setting programs defined by SVP Sales & Marketing
- Establish Business Governance Drive and support monthly business reviews, quarterly RFF.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL, PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors including MOSFETs, etc.
- The ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholders

- University background / education in electrical engineering or business administration with technical affinity
- In-depth Understanding of Semiconductor Market and Channels and market participants including reference design influence and transnational accounts
- Minimum of 12 Years sales experience in the Semiconductor Industry
- Track Record of minimum 10 years international leadership experience in a cross functional team
