Organize/coordinate Baxter brand marketing projects aligned with product marketing strategy plan. for example: Suprane CoE\ Suprane Overseas Speaker Tour\ National Congress Sponsorship\ Cooperation Program for anesthesia and pharmacy

Build up intimate relationship with key opinion leaders in anesthesia and pharmacy based on professional cooperation with key KOLs to get real customer insight.
Analyze the internal and external data including monthly sales report\ new listing hospitals tracking\ monthly pharm trust data etc.
In charge of the vaporizer management including the whole " one code one vapor" digital system\ demanding of vaporizer\ keep close communication with vaporizer provider like Drager\Mindray
Cooperate with line manager to execute customized programs to build Baxter and Suprane branding image in the field
Work closely with sales, commercial, finance, supply chain, RA, QA department for product related issues.
