Answer timely and professionally, mails sent by our clients.2. Contact clients whenever they require and answer their requests about audits, inspections and lab testing.3. Order processing and handling (quotation, entry into system, queries and follow up).4. Explain and help clients to book on QIMA’s online platform.5. Follow up on past due invoices with the objective of recovering payments as soon as possible while maintaining a good relationship with clients.职位要求Minimum Requirements:In order to succeed in this role, you have:1. College degree or above
2. Good command of English
3. Some knowledge or experience of 3rd party inspection company or lab or buying office will be preferred
4. Positive working attitude
