- Plans, organizes, monitors, coordinates and conducts English training activities effectively in order to upgrade the English communication skill of staff.
- Assists in implementation of systems and programs in employee relations and revenue generations.
- Assists Director of Training in accomplishing hotel and department goals and objectives.
- Conduct English training to hotel staff especially operation staff regularly.
- Control Training Budget by preparing monthly training expenses report.
- At least 2 years as same position, hospitality industry experience is preferred
- Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
- Good training management experience and background
- Good interpersonal skills and determined to drive Corporate culture and training functions
- Fluency communicating and writing in English (as well as the local language)
