- Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and involvement in school activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred .
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, PGCE) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early education methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with children and their families.
