· Carry out professional pre-sales activities to contribute to sales revenues and targets.· Focus on the applications in automotive segment.· Prepare and conduct product presentations, product demonstrations and participate in marketing and promotional activities.· Assist the selling cycle by conducting customer “Sales and Efficiency” audits.· Take full responsible to customer suggestions for improvement to be made on current products and services, as well as ideas for new products and services.· Be fully responsible for on-site evaluation to achieve success sales leads.· Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to managements the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.· Prepare quality documentation i.e. contract as required by the company standard and guideline.· Submit visit report, project report and monthly report, and other reports in time per requested· Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.· Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, and departments.· Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.· Travel Required : Estimated 50%-70%Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop technical solution to customer’s application.
  • Communicate with world-wide experts to address customer’s needs.
  • Provide technical support to sales and service forces.
  • Provide internal and external training on new technologies and application.
  • Follow up the industrial and competitors’ technical development.
  • Be in charge of routine management of technical affairs.
  • Prepare equipment for customer attended demonstration.
  • Support trade show and sales presentation.
  • Strengthen technical communication with parent companies and sister companies.
  • Define testing plan or testing requirements with customer’s technical department or end user.
  • Gather and tabulate technical data and invention of dispensing processes directly for new market.
  • Collect and analyze competitor’s technical data.
  • Use testing technology and internal analysis technology to optimize product’s application by customer, and offer input to R&D department.
  • Write and present test reports to both internal and external customers with clear, concise data.
  • Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
Skills and Abilities
  • Good English in oral and written.
  • Integrity, honest; hard working; detail-oriented, team player.
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined; self-motivated, customer-oriented.
  • Be able to work with all levels of staff in all business units.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill, Strong computer operation skill.
  • Good mechanical design skill, proficiency in CAD, solidworks.
