- Support BD Managers in identifying new opportunities in the logistics market
- Assist in developing leads and expanding market coverage
- Coordinate pre-sales activities and prepare client engagement materials
- Present logistics solutions professionally to clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Ensure all documents are accurate and compliant
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable agreements
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the eCommerce or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce logistics, market dynamics, and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
