- As a system expert, provide system level technical support to traction inverter applications to secure Infineon's products design-in/win at customers
- Capture traction inverter system requirements from Great Chinaregion for new products definition proposals to production lines
- Support regional traction inverter application marketing to define inverter related sub-applications roadmap and drive innovation trends
- Work with regional marketing team on defining holistic approach(technical and marketing) for go-to-market in the region
- Create technical documents and training materials on the system level and implement training to internal and external
- Offer technical support of Infineon high voltage products such as discrete, module devices with Si/SiC/GaN technologies, gate drivers in design-in activities as well as the problems/issues solving to traction inverter customers in Great China
- Traction inverter related demo definition and implementation according to GC promotions plan
- Closely monitor, study and analyze competitors' products to create fighting guides on the system level
- Bachelor/master's degree in power electronics & electric engineering
- 10+ years working experience in automotive semiconductors or applications
- Projects experiences of traction inverter system design with focus on power & driver part is required
- Solid system knowhow of inverter system design and product knowhow of related key semiconductors including microcontroller, power supply, high power module/discrete, driver, sensor etc. are needed
- Deep knowhow and application experience of high-power parts(Module/discrete with IGBT/SiC/GaN technologies) and related driver products
- Working experience in traction inverter tier1 is preferred
- EMC/EMI experience is preferred
- Function safety experience is needed
- Good customer communication/presentation skills
- Fluent speaking & writing in English
- Teamwork, high-level of self-discipline and innovation
- Willingness to travel
