- Responsible for EAD service portfolio promotion and sell and commit to the unit target.
- Maintenance the customer relationship and look for the chance of service business
- Develop New customer from market by any channel and resource.
- Promotion Service Sales Contracts to customer
- Propose service solutions and conform service resource to customer; Coordinate after-sales service for customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist Spare Parts Sales to accomplish the spare parts business.
- Promotion the new strategic service portfolio in market.
- Fulfil other related tasks assigned by manager.
- In charge of service market intelligence and study customers' demanding, support service portfolio development.
- Support to improve the service business process based on customers' requirement and Siemens Energy regulation.
- Strong customer orientation and ownership are obligatory.
- Be familiar with Siemens MV/LV Drive system and Fiber/Metal verticals' application technology.
- At least 2~3 years' experience of service business promotion in industry automation market, the service sales experience is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and systematic analysis capability preferred.
- Good English, both written and oral.
- Good PPT designing and excel skill.
- Good communication skill and team working attitude even in the stressful conditions sometimes.
- Willingness to travel.
