We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Aftermarket and Brand Manager. 1. Lead with Impact:
Lead and execute aftermarket activities with finesse, overseeing product, pricing, distribution channels, and brand management. Your expertise will drive our success in this crucial segment.2. Global Vision, Local Implementation:
Establish innovative aftermarket concepts, empowering local teams to bring them to life in the diverse markets of Asia. Your visionary ideas will shape the future of our brands.3. Fuelling Sales Growth:
Fuel the success of different brand models under the automotive fluids and fuel additives aftermarket segment. This includes identifying potential customers, providing market intelligence, and supporting various sales strategies.4. Collaborate for Success:
Coordinate and support OES business opportunities, fostering collaboration for mutual growth.5. Partnerships Matter:
Identify, negotiate, and manage distributors, suppliers, and tolling partners for the aftermarket segment. Your knack for building and managing relationships will be the key to our expanding network.Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategy development for Asia Aftermarket:
  • Create and implement regional strategy for Aftermarket.
  • Define growth drivers and annual target with countries together.
  • Support and coordinate for the strategic regional projects and work with different stakeholders including technical service, product manager.
2. Business Development and Channel Management:
  • Plan and scout for business opportunities to achieve aftermarket targets.
  • Coordinate OES opportunities and manage strategic partners for business growth.
  • Develop sales and marketing proposals for channel partners, ensuring a consistent strategy.
  • Research and develop customer portfolios, securing opportunities through market trend analysis.
  • Create and update promotional materials for identified customers, providing feedback to internal counterparts.
3. Marcom (Market & Communication) and Brand Management:
  • Plan and support marcom activities in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
  • Implement activities such as product launches, trade shows, and events.
  • Support the sustainable development of a consistent brand strategy for business growth.
  • Monitor and report marcom costs and budget to the regional team.
4. Projects management and launch campaign:
  • Build and manage the important project independently related to aftermarket.
  • Represent Asia Pacific in global team to share the Asia aftermarket situation and express the regional needs.
  • Organize launch campaign for new products and new concepts.
5. Contribute to Pricing Policy:
  • Initiate and implement pricing strategy for bottled products in the region.
  • Provide input on pricing structure based on market intelligence for profitable margins.
6. Market Intelligence:
  • Take full responsibility for local market intelligence.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, technical developments, and market activities.
  • Obtain, update, and disseminate market data to internal stakeholders.
  • Support market research projects to understand the bottled products' aftermarket segment.
Education Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering / technology, Communications, or Business Administration
Working Experience:
  • 5 years and above related working experience in automotive industry
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
  • Familiar with Chinese automotive industry is highly preferred
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English
