- Identify, understand and analyse data-sets from various primary and secondary sources within the bank (Onboarding, KYC, Products, Tax etc)
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot data systems and databases.
- Implement data governance policies and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Abstract and aggregate data to prepare it for analysis.
- Ensure data-sets are "fit for purpose" and ready for modelling.
- Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., product owners, engineering, testing, system owners) to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Present reports and findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to automate data analysis
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data analysis, data mapping and requirements gathering processes.

- Proven ability managing technology infrastructure in a large and complex operational environment; experienced at leveraging key tools (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Agile) to drive client-focused performance.
- Proven ability in successfully designing and implementing large-scale, complex global / regional change initiatives
- Experience in front line, customer-facing IT systems and platforms.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels and to individuals across business and functions.
- Knowledge of the changing regulatory environment especially in the financial services sector.
- Leadership, management, collaboration with experience of leading and directing cultural change within a large organization.
