Accounts Payable intern

• Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices, ensure that all invoices are accurately processed on time
• Researching and resolving invoice issues with vendors and stakeholders (Purchasing department, business users, etc)
• Dealing with all supplier related queries efficiently on a timely basis
• Verify that transactions comply with internal policies and procedures
• Ensures all A/P documents are processed, scanned, and stored in accordance with company policy
• Manage invoice work-flow process for approvals, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Manage month-end accounts payable close processes to ensure tasks are completed timely and in accordance with corporate time frames.
• Assist in quarterly reviews, periodic audits
• Participate UAT for all kinds of project
• Participation in Procurement Improvement Initiatives and Company Wide Programs

• The candidate must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting and finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge in financial and accounting area.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Good MS office skills; especially good at office Excel.
