Welcome to Bosch.Job Description1. Responsible for system requirement analysis, and the system solution discussion.
2. Manage customer requirement and do system requirement breakdown, and extract the system requirement into requirement tools.
3. Define the system requirement and review with team (HW/SW) to evaluate the feasibility.
4. Manage the requirement engineering change request from customer, and lead the requirement change request analysis.
5. Communicate to customer for function definition, and give customer necessary suggestion/solution.
6. Supports PM/PCM/Architect/teTester/etc, for the realted task in the project.
7.Provide the traceability between different requirements level and other process areas.Qualifications1. Bachelor/Master degree.
2. Basic system architecture, software and testing, project management knowledge.
3. Basic knowledge of requirement tracability and software development management tools (e.g. Doors, RTC or JIRA etc).
4. Better for experience in automotive Industry.
5. Good problem-solving skills.6. Communication and cooperation skills.
7. Customer orientation mindset.
8. Strong willing for learning new technology.
9. Highly motivated working in a team, open-minded and willing share the knowhow and help others.
